These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to incomeaivertex.one and the vocational education services offered by Income AI Vertex Pte. Ltd. ("Income AI Vertex", UEN 202967452K). By browsing this website or enrolling in an income module, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Income AI Vertex Pte. Ltd. operates a growth studio at 18 Robinson Road, #16-08, Singapore 048547, delivering income modules that teach practical use of AI tools — including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Copilot — for professional income growth, career advancement, and workflow productivity. We are a vocational skills education provider registered in Singapore.
Income module naming on the incomeaivertex.one domain describes a focused learning path for AI-assisted professional work. Income AI Vertex is not a get-rich-quick scheme, not life coaching, not multi-level marketing, not an investment product, and not financial advisory. We do not guarantee specific income, profit, salary increases, client acquisition, or business results. Completion certificates reflect participation in training only. Outcomes depend on your effort, skills application, market conditions, and employer or client circumstances beyond our control.
You may use this website for lawful personal and business enquiry purposes. You must not attempt unauthorised access to our systems, scrape content in violation of robots.txt, introduce malware, impersonate Income AI Vertex staff, or use the site to distribute spam or misleading claims about our modules. We may suspend access for conduct that harms other users or our reputation.
Module descriptions, schedules, and indicative fees on the website are invitations to treat unless stated otherwise. A binding enrolment is formed when we confirm your registration in writing and payment terms are met. Corporate module training may require a separate signed agreement specifying participant numbers, venue, and deliverables. Supplementary terms communicated at enrolment prevail over general website copy where they conflict.
Fees are quoted in Singapore dollars unless noted. Payment deadlines are specified in enrolment confirmations. Late payment may result in forfeiture of your cohort seat. We reserve the right to adjust future cohort fees; confirmed enrolments honour the fee at time of booking.
Public cohort cancellations more than fourteen days before start date may receive full credit or eighty percent cash refund. Cancellations within fourteen days receive credit minus an SGD 80 administrative fee. Self-paced modules are non-refundable after digital materials access is granted. Corporate contracts follow their signed terms. See FAQ for summary; enrolment confirmation prevails in dispute.
Website content, module syllabi, worksheets, checklists, and facilitator materials are owned by Income AI Vertex or licensed to us. Enrollees receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for their own professional development. You may not resell, publicly redistribute, or commercially republish our curriculum without written permission. Portfolio samples you create during modules remain yours, subject to third-party AI tool terms.
Modules may require accounts with third-party AI providers. You are responsible for complying with their terms, subscription costs, and acceptable use policies. Income AI Vertex does not control model outputs and is not liable for errors, biases, or policy changes by third-party vendors. Facilitators teach verification and human judgment practices; you remain accountable for professional decisions based on AI-generated content.
Participants must behave respectfully toward facilitators and peers. Harassment, sharing other participants' personal data without consent, or introducing unlawful content into exercises may result in removal without refund. Do not submit live client confidential data to exercises without written authorisation and organisational approval of cloud AI tools.
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Income AI Vertex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or module attendance, including lost income, lost business, or reputational harm. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a specific enrolment is limited to the fees paid for that enrolment. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is unlawful.
You agree to indemnify Income AI Vertex against claims arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights through materials you submit in class, or misrepresentation of your relationship with us when marketing your own services.
Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy and the PDPA 2012. Enrolment requires accurate contact information. Marketing communications are sent only where permitted by law and your preferences.
Income AI Vertex modules teach practical AI work skills that can support income growth, career advancement, and professional productivity through client work, automation, and service delivery. We provide vocational skills education — not investment advice, not guaranteed employment placement, and not outsourced AI consulting or software implementation. AI examples in class may contain errors; verify outputs before client or employer use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. Before commencing proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting [email protected] within thirty days of the dispute arising.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued website use after changes constitutes acceptance for browsing purposes. Active enrolments remain subject to Terms in effect at booking unless we notify you of material changes requiring assent.
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including public health restrictions, venue closures, facilitator illness, or failures of third-party AI platforms. In such cases we will offer rescheduled sessions or credit toward a future cohort where practicable.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable under Singapore law, the remaining provisions continue in full force. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the parties' intent.
