What prerequisites do I need before enrolling?
Most income modules require comfortable everyday computer use, a personal or work email, and willingness to practise with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot during sessions. No programming background is required for foundation modules. Capstone enrolment requires two prior modules or demonstrated equivalent experience. Bring a laptop to in-person sessions; hybrid participants need stable internet for video labs.
Are sessions online, in-person, or hybrid?
All three formats are available depending on the module and cohort schedule. Live cohort courses default to our Robinson Road growth studio with optional hybrid seats. Self-paced modules include recorded content plus scheduled Q&A checkpoints. Weekend intensives are in-person. Corporate module training can be delivered on-site at your office or at our CBD studio.
How large are cohort groups?
Public cohorts are capped at twelve participants to preserve hands-on facilitator attention. Corporate workshops can accommodate larger groups with adjusted exercises; we recommend splitting beyond twenty-four into parallel sessions for meaningful AI productivity practice. Pair practice and group feedback remain central to every format.
What are indicative corporate pricing ranges?
Half-day corporate team workshops start from approximately SGD 4,200 for up to fifteen participants at our studio, excluding custom travel. Full multi-module programmes for departments are quoted after a scoping call. Pricing includes materials and attendance records; it does not include third-party AI tool subscriptions your organisation may need separately.
What is your refund policy?
Cancellations more than fourteen days before cohort start receive a full fee credit or eighty percent cash refund. Cancellations within fourteen days receive credit toward a future module minus an administrative fee of SGD 80. No refunds after materials access is granted for self-paced modules. How do you handle personal data under PDPA?
