Last updated: 2 July 2026
Income AI Vertex Pte. Ltd. ("Income AI Vertex", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore ("PDPA"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, whom we share it with, how long we retain it, and what rights you have. By using incomeaivertex.one, enrolling in income modules, or contacting us, you acknowledge that you have read this policy.
The data controller responsible for your personal data is Income AI Vertex Pte. Ltd., UEN 202967452K, registered at 18 Robinson Road, #16-08, Singapore 048547. You may contact our data protection enquiries desk at [email protected] or +65 6994 7268.
This policy applies to personal data collected through our website, enrolment forms, email correspondence, in-person growth studio sessions at Robinson Road, hybrid video modules, corporate module training contracts, and alumni forum registrations. It does not apply to third-party websites linked from our pages, including AI tool providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Microsoft, which maintain their own privacy terms when you create accounts with them.
We may collect the following categories of personal data depending on your interaction with us:
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data such as national identification numbers except where required for invoicing or statutory compliance, in which case we apply additional safeguards.
We collect data directly when you submit our contact form (with PDPA consent checkbox), register for an income module, sign a corporate training agreement, attend a session, or communicate with us by phone or email. We collect data indirectly when your employer registers a group on your behalf with appropriate authority. Technical data is collected automatically through server logs and, if you consent, analytics cookies described in our Cookie Policy.
We collect and use personal data for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances, including:
We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data to service providers who assist with hosting, email delivery, payment processing, or classroom scheduling, subject to confidentiality obligations. We may disclose data where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority.
Under the PDPA, we rely on your consent for marketing communications and non-essential cookies. For core enrolment and contract performance, we may process data without separate consent where necessary to fulfil your request or our legitimate business interests in operating a vocational training provider, provided such interests are not overridden by your rights. You may withdraw consent for marketing or optional processing by emailing [email protected]; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Some service providers may store or process data on servers located outside Singapore. Where we transfer personal data overseas, we take steps reasonably required under the PDPA to ensure that the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, such as contractual clauses or verification of the recipient's certification.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes collected. Enrolment records and certificates are typically retained for seven years for audit and alumni verification. Contact form submissions are retained for twenty-four months unless a business relationship continues. Financial records follow statutory retention periods under Singapore tax law. Technical logs may be retained for up to twelve months. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data we hold, including access controls for staff, encrypted connections (HTTPS) on our website, and secure storage for enrolment databases. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; we encourage you to use strong passwords for any alumni forum accounts and avoid sending confidential client data through unsecured channels.
Subject to exceptions in the PDPA, you have the right to:
Submit requests to [email protected]. We respond within thirty days where practicable and may charge a reasonable fee for manifestly unfounded or excessive access requests. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore.
During income modules, participants may voluntarily share work samples for feedback. Facilitators instruct participants not to submit live client confidential data without authorisation. Exercise submissions used in class are deleted from facilitator devices within thirty days unless you explicitly request portfolio retention for capstone documentation.
Our services are directed at working adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under eighteen without parental or guardian consent. Contact us if you believe we have collected a minor's data in error.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. The "Last updated" date at the top will change accordingly. Material changes affecting how we use personal data will be communicated via email to active enrollees or a prominent website notice where appropriate.
With your consent, we may send emails about upcoming income module cohorts, alumni forum dates, and new growth studio formats. Each marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not purchase third-party mailing lists. If you enrol in a module, we may send transactional messages about schedules and materials without separate marketing consent because they are necessary for service delivery.
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals. Analytics, where enabled, are reviewed in aggregate by staff and are not used to deny enrolment or discriminate between participants.
If a personal data breach is likely to result in significant harm to affected individuals, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and affected individuals as required under the PDPA, and document remedial steps taken to prevent recurrence.
You are responsible for providing accurate personal data, notifying us of changes to your contact details, and safeguarding your own account credentials where alumni forum access is granted. Do not share login details or submit another person's data without their consent. If you provide personal data about colleagues for corporate enrolment, you confirm that you have authority to do so and have informed them of this Privacy Policy.
If you believe we have handled your personal data incorrectly, contact [email protected] with details of your concern. We investigate complaints promptly and aim to resolve them within thirty business days. Unresolved matters may be referred to the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore.
